Come Home, The Kids Miss You, Jack Harlow’s sophomore album, has been available for a little under a month. The Louisville, Kentucky native has now released the official video for “Churchill Downs,” one of the album’s standout songs.
The two rappers are seen attending the Kentucky Derby in 2022 and performing their verses in and around the horse race event in the Ace Pro-directed music video for the song with the same name. Along with Drizzy and Harlow, other notable cameos in the music video include DJ Drama, Druski, Hit-Boy, Bryson Tiller, Taylor Rooks, and even Harlow’s mother.
Before the video’s debut, Jack Harlow and Drake inundated Instagram with images from the making-of sessions and videos showcasing the Kentucky setting. Harlow was hailed for going head-to-head and holding his own on a single with his idol Drake while managing to offer a feel different from his prior releases after “Churchill Downs” leaked and quickly became a fan favorite.
With his Fergie-inspired tune “First Class,” Harlow has become a viral sensation on Tik-Tok and climbed to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. His second album, Come Home, The Kids Miss You, debuted at No. 2 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart of Billboard. Most recently, the 24-year-old made headlines after discovering that Ray J and Brandy are related, which prompted the iconic singer to jokingly fire shots in his direction.
