Video: Sean Paul – Light My Fire ft. Gwen Stefani, Shenseea

The long-awaited music video for Sean Paul’s fan-favorite song, “Light My Fire,” from his newly released eighth studio album, Scorcha, has been made available.

With the help of legendary Gwen Stefani and up-and-coming dancehall performer Shenseea, the trio gets the party started on the dance floor with “Light My Fire.” Paul makes an attempt to connect with a young woman at a Jamaican kickback in the song’s lyrics, which were written by Alexander Castillo and Kool Kojak, as Gwen and Shenseea rock out to the Caribbean beat.

The trio can be seen at a party as partygoers dance to the song while taking in the scorching, steamy, and orange-hued visuals for “Light My Fire.” The track’s infectious melody is created by the talents of each artist.

The video opens with a variety of Black women cooking and dancing, followed by a view of Gwen Stefani singing the chorus of the song while being seen through a colourful fish tank.

Next, Sean Paul delivers his verse while trying to spit game to a young woman who is dancing in a bathtub to the music. After seducing her body with her lyrical seductions and dancing on the other two artists in the process, Shenseea finally delivers her verse live from the heart of the dancefloor.
