Video: NLE Choppa – Champions

NLE Choppa collaborates with adorned competitors across fields for his “Champions” music video. Evan Aparicio and Bryson Potts co-directed the video, which was released on May 31. In the motivational clasp, the Memphis-reared rapper grandstands his athletic abilities and rewards his local area.

The 20-year-old’s motivational activities include Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather, Angel Reese, Flau’Jae Johnson, Kyrie Irving, LeBron James, and more likewise show up in the video. The promos for the 2023 BET Awards and the NBA playoffs currently sync the song.

The rapper also gives a scholarship to a group of eager schoolchildren in the video and shows footage of him participating in on-the-ground protests in support of Tyre Nichols.

The song “Champions” appears on the NLE Choppa’s most recent album, Cottonwood 2, which was released in April. The album debuted at No. 1 and featured performances by Modesty, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Lola Brooke, Fivio Foreign, Kevin Gates, Duke Deuce, Polo G, G Herbo, Queen Naija, and more. 21 on Billboard‘s 200 chart.
