Mahalia joins forces with JoJo to demonstrate the power of solidarity and expose the unintentional sharing of a man’s custody, much like in Brandy and Monica’s “The Boy Is Mine.” The irresistible tune follows the arrival of the English lark’s lead single, “Terms and Conditions,” from her new collection, IRL.

JoJo adds, “I loved teaming up with Mahalia on this fully infectious bop.” regarding their initial collaboration. I’ve been there, and I can’t get the melodies out of my head. Also, it feels much better to be singing with my companion about this genuine piece of growing up: realizing that some boys will never change and end up on the streets

The second album will continue to be a record of Mahalia’s life’s events while also honoring those who have supported her. She concluded, “I’m so proud of this album and how much I pushed myself to just let those stories out.”
