Halo is Bakar’s sophomore studio album, following the release of his 2022’s debut Nobody’s Home. It was released on September 22nd, 2023. The album was originally set to be released on September 1st, but was later pushed back.

As per Halo Freestyle description on YouTube, the album was finished and handed in by June 7th.

Album’s first single titled Alive! was released on June 21st, 2023.

Right Here, For Now, album’s second single, was released on August 16th, 2023.

I’m Done, album’s third single, was released on September 8th, 2023.

Album’s fourth and final single, All Night, was released on September 20th, 2023.

Halo is described as the “sonic counterpart” to Bakar’s critically acclaimed 2018 mixtape BADKID and will reportedly hone in on similar themes of youthful exploration and his nomadic lifestyle as a young artist.
