Video: Lil Baby - Merch Madness

Lil Baby keeps proving why he’s one of today’s top rappers, and a huge part of that is due to his philanthropy.

Baby joins together with Fanatics in the Richie Souf and Eva Nosidam directed video “Merch Madness” to support young people in Harlem by providing them with sporting goods and other items.

Big personalities including Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, NBA players Chris Paul and Joel Embiid, Taylor Rooks, ASAP Ferg, Meek Mill, Quavo, and NFL legends Eli Manning and Tom Brady—all of whom took part in the Fanatics Global Volunteer Day—also appear in the snoop-shot video.

A rapper from Atlanta who is supporting the campaign made a song that goes along with it, rapping, “Merch madness, I done took it global/ Jump back in my bag, did this one for the culture/ Ain’t too good to give, my cup been runnin’ over/ Made these millions for the kids, I gotta turn it over.”

On June 27, Baby particularly took part at The Frederick Douglass Academy in Harlem, New York. The “Heyy” rapper can be seen hanging about the school’s hallways and classrooms, handing out goods and getting to know the youngsters in the neighbourhood. Additionally, while sporting an Atlanta Hawks jersey, he raps while perched atop a yellow school bus.
